FAQ's

How soon will my wedding stationery order be shipped?

Please check our order times page for availability before placing an order. Once we receive your order form and deposit we will inform you of approximate despatch dates for each part of your order.

Can I order samples?

We offer samples in all of our wedding invitation designs. Due to the amount of requests we receive we cannot provide these free of charge and therefore each sample is £5.00.

How do I pay for the order?

We can accept cheques made payable to 'Bubbly Creations' or we can send you a PayPal invoice to your email which enables you to pay by card (you do not need an account with them to pay this way)

What are your delivery charges?

We charge between £5 and £15 delivery for all wedding stationery to UK addresses and £25 for Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Man. Table plans are sent separately to the wedding stationery order and there is a £10 delivery charge for this. Please note that these prices are per parcel and not necessarily per order.

Can I order future items at a later date?

We can usually accomodate any last minute requests for additional stationery but this does depend on how busy we are at the time.

Can my wedding stationery be made in colours to match my wedding day?

All of our wedding stationery designs come in a variety of colours. However, if you like a wedding stationery design and it is not provided in the correct colour please contact us and we will try to source the correct one for you.

Can the wording be changed on the front of the invitation?

This is no problem at all.

Do the cards include an envelope and inserts?

All of our wedding invitations, Reply Cards etc come with an envelope or postal box. Envelopes are not provided with Order of the Days, Menu etc.

When will I need to pay the remainder of the order?

We ask that the final balance is paid before your wedding stationery items are ready to be shipped. We will not send your order until this has been received and the payment has cleared.We usually request that the remaining balance is paid at the time of proof approval.

What if I am not pleased with my order?

In the unlikely case that you are not pleased with your order, we will only refund if the items are faulty or an error has been made by us. All the faulty stationery must be returned to us before any refunds are given or amendments made. We ask that you approve your personalised wedding stationery before it is made, as refunds after completion of order cannot be given for errors on stationery if they are in line with the signed proof. Refunds are reimbursed minus postage costs.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your wedding stationery order you may do so, but once the deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. If work has commenced then we may need to collect the final payment to cover the costs already incurred.
